During your stay your home base will be Meadow Creek Mountain's Rustic Lodge. Spend your evenings relaxing with your riding partners in front of the fireplace in the Mountain inspired Great Room, or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub.
All rooms have king sized beds, full baths, microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, and satellite TV. |

Mark will join you for lunch daily to discuss events of the day and any variety of topics. He will be there to offer some feedback and be part of your round table discussions. Goals for the afternoon and upcoming days can be planned and new learning experiences can be explored. |

Three meals a day are provided in the Barnyard Bistro beginning with a breakfast buffet. Be prepared to gain weight as the food is delicious! The chef has proved adept at accommodating everyone's special dietary needs. The bar serves wine and beer, and comes with a game room for your entertainment. Spouses/traveling companions are invited! They can keep busy by enjoying fishing, hiking or biking the trails, or snoozing by the fire pit! Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Hot Springs North Carolina and Asheville are all just a stone's throw away and offer a variety of entertainment options. Your horse will have a stall in the spacious and airy new barn. Hay, fresh water, shavings, and stall care will be provided. |

General Information
- Tuesday evening dine with Mark and Hela Russell and get acquainted with your group.
- Riding program begins Wednesday morning and runs through Sunday afternoon.
- Three meals per day, taxes and gratuities are included (Tues dinner - Sunday lunch). Wine and beer available.
- You may extend your stay outside of the program - extra fees apply for room and stall, contact Diane Phillips for information.
- If you cannot bring your horse, Mark may be able to provide one for lease based on prior approval and availability.
Space is limited; early reservations are recommended!
If you have travel/hauling companions please let us know so we can be sure to accommodate you together. We may need to ask you to be flexible about your program dates in order to accommodate everyone and their travel companions. We thank you for your patience and flexibility!
Booking and cancellations
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot, with the balance due on arrival. If you need to cancel up to 30 days prior to your reserved date, your deposit less a 10% service fee is refundable.
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your reserved date, your deposit is non refundable. We will, however try to fill your slot. If we are able to fill it, your deposit less a 10% service fee is refundable.
